A very dark comedy/drama. After months have passed without a culprit found in her daughter’s murder case, Mildred Hayes (Frances McDormand) makes a bold move painting three signs leading into the town with a controversial message directed at the town’s chief of police (Woody Harrelson). It’s when his deputy Dixon (Sam Rockwell) a violent, troubled mummy’s boy gets involved the battle between Mildred and the law gets out of control. Excellent performances especially Sam Rockwell (bad language and violent throughout)
