Police Inspector Carl Morch is put in charge of a Department of Cold Cases (Department Q) after acting on his own initiative, getting himself and his colleagues shot up. Thinking his career is over and assigned to the basement he is joined by his assistant Assad the complete opposite to grumpy Carl. They uncover a 5year old case of a missing woman.
What he and Assad start to uncover will take them both on a nail biting ride of twists and turns.
Think of Taggart transplanted to Denmark.
A sequel is planned so watch out for a inferior American rip off.
Danish police dramas are common on TV with this you don't have to wait till episode 8 to find out who did it.
