Doug (David Tennant) and Abi (Rosemund Pike), recently separated, play happy families for a short holiday period for the sake of Doug's dying father Gordie
(Billy Connolly). They travel to the Scottish Highlands to celebrate Gordies 75th Birthday. The 3 children are to keep the family problems secret but we all know what children are like.......
Written and directed by Andy Hamilton and Guy Jenkin who wrote the TV series “Outnumbered” using their tried and trusted technique with the gift of children “out of the mouth of babes” to entertain.
